Returns Policy
 If not satisfied with your product, Southernly Charm Boutique agrees to allow a return for a store credit if the buyer agrees to pay return shipping. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us via email at southernlycharmboutique@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product that you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return the item.
No returns or exchanges on  swimwear, personalized or custom items. Damaged, defective or incorrect products must be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. 
Southernly Charm Boutique LLC will assume no responsibility for any items after personalization has been made. Please inspect your items before adding any monograms or other alterations to the original form.
All orders should be checked immediately with your enclosed packing slip. In the unlikely event that an order is damaged and/or short items, please email southernlycharmboutique@gmail.com immediately with your order number and issue in the subject line. Please provide pictures in your email showing any issue with the product(s).
All claims must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date to you as posted via the USPS, FED EX or UPS tracking number.
